Detailed kid feeding instructions:
- Chachanuda (White Goat with Black Twins):
- Black Twins (The “Toggenburg” Markings):
- Let them suckle until they’ve emptied the udder to about 1/3.
- Watch for their bellies getting larger.
- They suckle quickly (around a minute and a half), so pay attention.
- When they’ve had enough, put them back.
- White Twins (One has a slightly yellowish tail and may be slightly bigger):
- Choose one of the twins to suckle.
- Let her suckle until she’s had enough, then switch to the other twin.
- This helps ensure both twins get a full feeding.
- Third White Kid (Slightly larger than the twins, has a yellowish tail):
- This kid might need to suckle with the white twins or the black and white kid (see below). It depends on how much milk Chachanuda is producing.
- Black and White Goat with Bell (The smallest kid with the yellowish color is her baby):
- Smallest Kid (Yellowish, Gagnina Whitish Color, Especially on the Neck):
- This kid is the only one who suckles from this mother.
- Let him suckle until he’s full.
- You might need to tie the mother to a gentle to prevent her from running off (as she is used to being tied) or putting her in the stall with her kid.
- White Goat with Flat Horns:
- Biggest Horned Kid (Mostly Black, Slightly Spider-Webby Color):
- This kid is the biggest of all the kids and has the biggest horns.
